We will be serving samosa chat, a hot street food snack. I will also be selling signed copies of my extremely popular cookbook called Sugar, Spice & Stockpile which I published following on from my appearance on MasterChef last year. In addition, I will be selling unique recipe spice packs that include a full detailed recipe card and the spices required to make the recipe (powdered and whole spices).
