Make a Booking (SHERWOOD)

This form is to book at the vegan market in Sherwood. Go here to book for Sneinton.

Before making a booking you must register your business with us. This form is only for registered stallholders to make bookings.

See the diagram for the outdoor stall pricing zones. Prices include VAT at 20%. We pay a licence fee of £4.50 to Nottingham City Council for every stall at the market which is included in the fees quoted.


As stalls are oversubscribed, your application for a stall will not necessarily be successful. If your application is successful, we will send you an invoice. Your booking is confirmed when the invoice has been paid.

    Gazebo Rental (outdoor stalls only). All outdoor stalls must be under cover. You can rent a 3-metre gazebo from us which we will erect and take down. If you use your own gazebo, it must be sturdy and weighted down.

    Table Rental You can rent a table from us for indoor or outdoor use. Tables are approximately 180cm x 75cm.

    Stall size.
    Indoor stalls should consist of one 6-foot (180cm) table. Outdoor stalls should not be more than 3 metres square. If you require more room than this, then please say so here and give details below. Extra charges may apply.
