I sell seitan (vegan ‘meat’) in various flavours & textures, such as ‘Quack-Free Duck’, ‘Sticky Ribs’, Buffa-no Wings and kebab. All cooked to order in their corresponding sauces and served in Lebanese flatbread wraps with sauces, herbs, relishes and salad. I also serve gluten free beetroot falafels with hummus, vegan tzatziki sauce, salad and mango chutney.
