V-Ice Screams is a Nottingham based independent vegan ice cream business. We (Stell and Symon) produce all our products from home in our converted parlour. We have an extensive range of flavour combinations including nut, soya and gluten free options.
Veggies Catering Campaign provides pure vegan catering for many campaign events, as well as festival, fairs & markets, and family celebrations. The menu includes our own burgers, handmade at our Sumac Centre base from organic ingredients. We also have samosas, our own sausage rolls and vegan cakes, made by us from organic ingredients, including organic flour from Nottingham’s Greens Mill . Many consider Veggies to be one of the most ethical caterers on the circuit, with 35 years of experience in award-winning vegan / fair trade / organic catering.
I serve proper barista coffees from a quirky little fleet of vehicles….a classic Citroen 2cv van called “The Little Red Coffee Van” and an iconic Land Rover Coffee Truck as well as a vintage Coffee Box horse trailer. I use the amazing local independent 200° Coffee, roasted locally on Meadow Lane in Nottingham.We also serve sweet treats such as Doughnotts and brownies.

Here at Gee & Gee’s we make sauces and oils to even the most simple meals taste amazing. Each jar in our range has an amazing flavour profile, so you’re sure to a sauce for you. Initially our sauces and oils were designed to match perfectly with our handmade noodles (which we also sell) but we couldn’t help trying them on anything and everything. Chillies are at the heart of most of our sauces but we don’t let that define us, they’re also spiced as well as spicy! Give them a try and trust us, not a meal will go by without you reach for that jar of Gee & Gee’s.
I sell different Vegan Street/Fast Food. I usually offer Fresh Cut Chips that can be Salt and Chilli seasoned or with vegan cheese. All chips cooked Gluten Free. Also offer my own unique receipe Vegan Kebab Meat for Vegan Messy Chips or Vegan Kebab Meat cob. Other menu options include: Mushy Peas and Mint Sauce as autumn and winter approach. Vegan hot dogs with toppings etc.
I’m a socially concious eco friendly shop! Everything we stock is plastic free, cruelty free and vegan. I also hand make bathbombs/shower steamers and macrame.

We’re No Frickin Chicken, a vegan mobile catering trailer which sells the tastiest fried ‘chicken’, burgers, loaded fries, shakes, whippy ice cream all from our retro Airstream trailer….. we’re a big hit wherever we go!

Robin Hood Cats Rescue is a small local cat rescue run entirely by volunteers. We rely on kind donations from our lovely supporters and our dedicated team of amazing fosterers. We will be selling various pet related and animal themed items alongside a few other seasonal and festive goodies to help with our vet bills.

Jams, chutneys, marmalades, jellies, and curds. All of my products are made in small batches with locally sourced fruit and vegetables (some being home grown). Only natural ingredients are used in my preserves so you can be assured that you are getting a high quality product. I use 33% less sugar in my jams and 25% less in my marmalades making them full of flavour.
