    Selections of Ethiopian vegan food served with flat bread called Injera and Ethiopian traditional coffee.

    I’m a vegan artist and create cards, prints and framed items with my artworks, as well as upcycled clothes with lino prints.

  • Blue Hare Jewellery

    I design and make sterling silver jewellery. All of my silver is 100% recycled as is my packaging.
    I’m inspired by nature and organic shapes. I love working with customers to design something special for them. I try to make things that are a little bit different.

  • Boxed Drinks

    I serve proper barista coffees from a quirky little fleet of vehicles….a classic Citroen 2cv van called “The Little Red Coffee Van” and an iconic Land Rover Coffee Truck as well as a vintage Coffee Box horse trailer.
    I use the amazing local independent 200° Coffee, roasted locally on Meadow Lane in Nottingham.We also serve sweet treats such as Doughnotts and brownies.

    I handmake vegan wax melts and diffusers using vegan soy wax, vegan essential oils and naturally dried vegan flowers. All my packaging is plastic free and recycable.

  • Cycling UK

    We promote free beginner cycling events such as free bike fixing, free basic bike maintenance courses, free led bike rides and free learn to ride sessions.

  • Franco Specialty Coffee

    We are an artisan Nottingham based micro coffee roastery selling specialty grade coffee as beans and ground. We also bring one type of tea directly imported from the Moriki farm in Japan.

    Indian vegan streetfood (chaat, panipuri etc) vegan curries (takeaway) appetisers ( samosa etc) hot thali or Indian meal ( will change per market) lassi

  • Spores N Sprouts

    Spores N Sprouts Ltd is an independent grower of fresh microgreens and gourmet mushrooms, based in Nottinghamshire. All produce is grown indoors using clean, sustainable methods — no pesticides, no synthetic fertilisers, and no soil.

    Our microgreens are nutrient-packed and harvested to order. Regular varieties include sunflower, pea shoots, amaranth, beetroot bull’s blood, kohlrabi, fenugreek, and seasonal blends. We also cultivate gourmet mushrooms like lion’s mane, shiitake, and maitake in a dedicated fruiting chamber.
