    Our microgreens are nutrient-packed and harvested to order. Regular varieties include sunflower, pea shoots, amaranth, beetroot bull’s blood, kohlrabi, fenugreek, and seasonal blends. We also cultivate gourmet mushrooms like lion’s mane, shiitake, and maitake in a dedicated fruiting chamber.
